Please read this document carefully before using the gt86 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated below.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the gt86 platform — whether through the website or mobile app — you automatically accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. General Eligibility
To use gt86's services, you must meet the following requirements:

Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. All activity that occurs under your account will be treated as your own. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the gt86 support team immediately. Our platform will not be liable for any losses arising from the use of your credentials by a third party.
User Responsibilities
As a user of the gt86 platform, you agree to:
- Not use the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law.
- Not attempt to hack, manipulate, or disrupt the platform's systems or security.
- Not use automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Not share your account with any other individual or allow third parties to use your account.
- Comply with all game, betting, and promotional rules set by gt86.
Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the gt86 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include online banking transfers via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and the Touch 'n Go eWallet. gt86 does not accept payments in foreign currencies or through any payment method not listed on the platform.
Deposit & Withdrawal Terms
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to active promotional terms and your membership tier. All withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe once account verification and rollover requirements (where applicable) have been met. gt86 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review if suspicious activity is detected on the account.
Transaction Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate and current. gt86 is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by incorrect payment information, third-party issues such as banks or digital wallet providers, or technical disruptions beyond the platform's control.
Suspension Policy, Account Closure & Limitation of Liability
Account Suspension & Closure
Gt86 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- User found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The user is found to have engaged in fraudulent activity, system manipulation, or any form of platform abuse.
- User has multiple registered accounts using the same or related information.
- Account suspected of being used for money laundering or other illegal activities.
- The user does not meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may not be refunded, subject to the outcome of the investigation carried out.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gt86 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or service interruption. The gt86 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding its accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the gt86 platform shall be resolved in accordance with the prescribed procedures and under the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
